We won’t start this summary by talking about number of national titles – but whether or not you believe UCF’s 2017 season should go down in the record books as a championship, it can’t be denied that UCF has one of the most fervent fanbases in the country, strongly emboldened by that dominant 2017 run as well as one of the largest alumni bases in the country.
However, is that enough to make them a better fanbase than the most dominant team of the 21st century, Alabama? Alabama has been a bit more low key recently, impacted by Georgia’s back to back titles, but anyone who has attended a Crimson Tide game knows they come out strong with their signature Houndstooth.
